Bi Luo Chun is one of the 10 famous China’s teas. This tea is also known as Pi Lo Chun or Jade Green Spring Snail in German. Due to the high demand, Bi Lou Chun is now also produced outside of Dong Ting, where the tea originally came from. Bi Luo Chun is also manufactured in the Chinese provinces of Zhejiang and Sichuan and even in Taiwan. However, the variants are not comparable to the original Bi Luo Chun from the Dongting region because different tea varieties are used there.
Bi Luo Chun Yin Luo is harvested later than our premium Bi Luo Chun and therefore has something larger leaves. Nevertheless, the fine leaf buds predominate in the Yin Luo and the tea is therefore very fluffy. The infusion delights with its sweet and fruity aroma which is typical of Bi Luo Chun.
