One of the most famous of Chinese green teas is Meng Ding Gan Lu. It is processed from the tea planted at the peak of the Meng mountain in Sichuan. Our Meng Ding Gan Lu was harvested before Qing Ming. The earlier harvest has had its milder flavours complemented by a light roasting, bringing forth the delicious sweetness present in the small, young leaves, along with a heady floral note rarely found in other green teas.
