For this Bing, tea leaves from up to 300 year old tea trees (Gushu) from the Pasha Shan were used and processed into a Bingcha. We asked Teamaster Panda explicitly for a tea with proper Cha Qi. Something in the style of Lao Bang Zhang regarding aroma but not in price. We found it in Pasha which is not far from Lao Bang Zhang and resembles typical tea from there in many ways. The classic Pasha aroma is joined by a depth and clarity known from Gushu tea leaves and a touch of camphor. This tea is particularly suitable for maturing by storage. A tea that gets better and better over the years.
This tea from Pasha is very powerful. It’s amoung our favorite teas. Highly recommended for tong collectors!
