The leaves are plucked from Jinxuan cultivar bushes, grown on certified organic fields in Pinglin. Cultivation and processing adhere to Taiwan’s stringent organic standards, ensuring a tea that is both pure and environmentally conscious.
Unlike most white teas, this one offers a surprisingly full and complex aroma, thanks to the characteristics of the Jinxuan varietal and the distinctive terroir of Pinglin. Expect floral and creamy notes with a gentle sweetness, supported by a round, smooth body and a lingering finish.
